Congratulations to our client Ipil First Auto in Philippine. Today their first PMVIC ( Motor Vehicle Inspection Center) is open for business after overcoming various obstacles during COVID-19 period by cooperating with COSBER and local distributors of PLV’s teams.

The equipment hardware was installed by COSBER and PLV’s engineer team by the end of 2019. Meanwhile during the COVID-19, our software installation, commissioning and customer training were realized by remote online technology, creating a new mode of engineering project for implementation. This is an effective method to conquer pandemic obstacles and avoid human contact.

Cosber has offered equipments which 100% comply with Philippines PMVIC’s requirement: 2 LDV automatic safety and emission testlanes, plus 2 automatic testlanes for 3 wheels & 2 wheels motorcycle. Adopting COSBER newly developed Automatic-Test-Lane software and Inspection Business Management Platform, its daily inspection capacity reaches up to 160 vehicles and 160 motorcycles.

It is a great milestone of PTI policy in Philippine by implementing PMVIC plan, which will greatly contribute to the Road worthiness and Air environment protection in the country, and we are looking forward to more PMVIC with Cosber’s participation.
